Enablers' Management Institute

offers a two-day Management Development Program on

Making HR Function “Process Driven”

For whom

o       Human Resource Managers.

o       IT Executives involved in designing, maintaining and modifying HR Systems

Program Objective

HR Managers face great challenges in achieving consistency and transparency in HR services. Employees are looking for continuous improvements in Service Quality. What is an improvement today is taken as a routine tomorrow.

In many organizations, even computerization of HR function has resulted in little improvement in customer satisfaction as inefficient manual procedures have been converted into computer based processes without exploiting the great potential that such a transition could have offered.

In order to create greater internal customer satisfaction, HR Managers have to create efficient and effective HR processes and regularly improve the same. HR managers need to acquire skills in documenting and developing HR Processes. They also need to develop capability to plan and implement HR process projects.

This Management Development program has evolved from large consulting assignments of Enablers' Management Institute for two Multi National Corporations which involved documenting and improving HR processes with a view to align them with Global HR Processes on one hand and with Indian Business Environment on the other. The program has totally practical orientation.

The aim of the program is to create Process Focus competency amongst the participants.
